Before I started working with Marisa, I was an overwhelmed stay-at-home mom and I didn't know how to find time in my schedule to focus on my health and fitness goals, as well as, my transition back to my professional life.

I was introduced to Marisa just around the end of lockdown. It was very tough as a working mom to balance work commitments and changes to working from home and homeschooling.  

Things were over the place, I certainly wasn't getting any balance in my life. After several sessions with Marisa, a lot of things change. First of all, rebalancing my priorities to ensure I had some "me" time. 

It was important for me to get outdoors in nature, get some fresh air and some exercise and how that would help me in other areas of my life.
