I'm Marisa, a mother of two, a holistic health coach and a trained Neuro-Linguistic Programming coach that helps overwhelmed mothers reset, feel more in control and be calmer.
I offer 1 :1 coaching, group coaching and workshops to support mothers to focus on their health, self-care and mental wellbeing.
Meditation has become a big part of my life and I have seen how it has affected my mental health and wellbeing.
I am a much calmer and more resilient person through my daily practice.
Together with Francesca, we want to spread the word that meditation is a very helpful tool to support your mental, physical and emotional health. We want you to make it a part of your self-care routine and reap the benefits of meditation.
Francesca is an Ayurveda Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach and Mindfulness Teacher offering 1:1 coaching sessions, group courses and workshops on Ayurveda and Mindfulness.

Every day you will show up on the Zoom call, and we will also invite you to a private Facebook group where you can share your experience in taking part in the challenge.
That way, we can motivate one another to stick to completing the challenge.
Please make sure that you reserve 15 mins a day to come on the Zoom call.
The challenge will take place from 13-17 June, 9am CET.
(A recording will be provided but we recommend you attend the LIVE calls
to get the benefit of the challenge and meditation.)
By the end of the challenge, you will learn that it doesn't take much to meditate and
make meditation part of your self-care routine!
