This is a group coaching program where you will join other mothers to get support to achieve your health and wellbeing goals. You will feel motivated and be accountable to move forward.
In three months, you will learn to implement SIMPLE & EFFECTIVE habits to create your own self-care routine so you can feel whole and happy.
In this program, we will cover the following topics and you will learn:
- Why is self-care is essential for you?
- How to implement a self-care routine?
- How to stick to new habits and stick to them?
- How to make positive changes to your wellbeing?
- Time saving tips and hacks to make your mom life easier
Six x 1:1 Coaching Sessions
We will meet on Zoom every two weeks to discuss your progress with the group. You will be given small tasks at the end of the session.
