This special 6-week fast track program gives you weekly accountability to take action
with the support of fellow mothers.
In this program, you will learn to implement
SIMPLE and EFFECTIVE healthy habits to create your own self-care routine so you can feel whole and happy.
Session 1: Introduction and goal setting
Session 2: Healthy cooking and eating
Session 3: How to move daily and stay motivated
Session 4: Mindfulness and meditation
Session 5: How to start journaling to deal with emotions
Session 6: How to stay calm when stressed
6 Coaching Sessions
We will meet on Zoom every week to discuss your goals and progress with the group. You will be given suggestions and small tasks at the end of the session.
