Hi I'm Marisa. A certified holistic health coach, an NLP practitioner and a mother of two gremlins (aka my kids)

 

Five years ago when I first became a mother, I was overwhelmed and frustrated. I struggled with my new identity as a mother. I thought that being a good mom means taking care of everyone else's need before my own. I felt like I lost myself. 

 

Slowly, I started looking after myself again. I focused on my self-care, asked for help and got support. I felt alive and could breathe again after being thrown into motherhood raising my children in a foreign country without the usual family support. 

 

I also started working for myself, and I found joy in doing what I love- coaching, writing, being creative and connecting with people.

 

Now I want to empower mothers to find time for themselves to do what they love and live a fulfilling mom life.

It was important for me to get outdoors in nature, get some fresh air and some exercise and how that would help me in other areas of my life. 

She also introduced me to deep breathing techniques and meditation, which is something that I never considered.

This will give me a clear understanding of where you are at and where you want to be at the end of three months

Six x 1:1 Coaching Sessions

We will meet on Zoom every two weeks to discuss your progress and you will be given small tasks at the end of every session. I will also use NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) in our sessions to get you motivated and help you break free from old thought patterns. 

Weekly Check-ins

I will check-in on you every week via email or message to see how you are doing and to keep you motivated to move forward
