1:1 Coaching Program

This unique program is catered to mothers to-be and mothers

Being a mother is only a part of who you are, you are still that person with ambitions and you can still

pursue your dreams and passions but you first need to start by looking after yourself

I know what it's like to feel to work all day and having very little time for yourself.

You just want to put your feet up and veg out in front of the TV.

You want to do things for yourself but you don't know how to start

Hi I'm Marisa. A certified holistic health coach, an NLP practitioner and a mother of two gremlins (aka my kids)


Seven years ago, when I first became a mother, I was overwhelmed and frustrated. I struggled with my new identity as a mother. I thought that being a good mom meant taking care of everyone else's needs before my own. I felt like I lost myself. 


Slowly, I started looking after myself again. I focused on my self-care, asked for help and got support. I felt alive and could breathe again after being thrown into motherhood and raising my children in a foreign country without the usual family support. 


I also started working for myself, and I found joy in doing what I love- coaching, writing, being creative and connecting with people.


Now I want to empower mothers to look after themselves, do what they love, and live a fulfilling mom life.

Pre-session questions

This will give me a clear understanding of where you are at with your challenges and where you want to be at the end of 3 months.

Six x 1:1 Coaching Sessions

We will meet online every week to discuss your progress and you will be given small tasks at the end of every session. I will also use NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) in our sessions to get you motivated and help you break free from old thought patterns. 

Weekly Check-ins

I will check in on you every week via email or Whatsapp to see how you are doing and to keep you motivated to move forward. 

I will also give you suggestions, recipes, tips and hacks, handouts.

We will cover:

- How to plan a sustainable self-care routine

- How to keep up with habits

- How to get more energy

- How to stay motivated

- How to feel healthier without strict dieting or working out

- How to stay calm when stressed and anxious

- How to start meditating
