Hi I'm Marisa. A certified holistic health coach, an NLP practitioner and a mother of two gremlins (aka my kids)
Five years ago when I first became a mother, I was overwhelmed and frustrated. I struggled with my new identity as a mother. I thought that being a good mom means taking care of everyone else's need before my own. I felt like I lost myself.
Slowly, I started looking after myself again. I focused on my self-care, asked for help and got support. I felt alive and could breathe again after being thrown into motherhood raising my children in a foreign country without the usual family support.
I also started working for myself, and I found joy in doing what I love- coaching, writing, being creative and connecting with people.
Now I want to empower mothers to look after themselves, do what they love, and live a fulfilling mom life.

I was introduced to Marisa just around the end of lockdown. It was very tough as a working mom to balance work commitments and changes to working from home and homeschooling.
Things were over the place, I certainly wasn't getting any balance in my life. After several sessions with Marisa, a lot of things change. First of all, rebalanced my priorities to ensure I had some "me" time.

Six x 1:1 Coaching Sessions
We will meet online every week to discuss your progress and you will be given small tasks at the end of every session. I will also use NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) in our sessions to get you motivated and help you break free from old thought patterns.
I will check in on you every week via email or Whatsapp to see how you are doing and to keep you motivated to move forward.
I will also give you suggestions, recipes, tips and hacks, handouts.
