Hello, I'm Marisa, a compassionate guide on the journey to holistic well-being.

With certifications in trauma-informed coaching, holistic health coaching, and Neuro-Linguistics Programming (NLP), I bring a wealth of knowledge to my practice.

But beyond my professional credentials, I am also a devoted mother of two.


For the past seven years, I've dedicated myself to supporting women and mothers in reclaiming their health and vitality. Along the way, I've noticed a common thread: many of these incredible women are grappling with the echoes of childhood trauma, manifesting in patterns of overwork, self-sacrifice, and a relentless drive to please others to seek external validation.

Drawing from my own journey of healing, one marked by struggles with self-worth, perfectionism, and a reluctance to seek support, I recognized the profound impact of the 'mother wound' – a deep-seated imprint left by early experiences. Determined to address the root cause of my clients' health challenges, I made it my mission to guide them through the transformative process of healing this primal wound.


Having traversed the path from self-doubt to self-assurance, from constriction to expansion, I stand as living proof of the possibility of profound personal transformation. Today, I am here to empower women like you with the tools and insights needed to navigate their own healing journey.


Together, we delve into practices such as journaling, mindfulness, meditation, visualization, and NLP, forging a path towards resilience, self-compassion, and authentic empowerment. Let's embark on this journey of healing and growth together.

I created this program to help you thrive and be more regulated.

I will give you the tools to break free from your limiting beliefs by working with your subconscious mind. 

We will also work together to develop a sustainable routine where you feel like you have self-care and do what makes you feel ALIVE

Pre-session questions

This will give me a clear understanding of where you are at with your challenges and where you want to be at the end of 12 weeks.

Six x 1:1 Coaching Sessions

We will meet online every two weeks to discuss your progress and you will be given small tasks at the end of every session.

I will also use NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) in our sessions to get you motivated and help you break free from old thought patterns. 

Weekly Check-ins

I will check in on you every week via email or Whatsapp to see how you are doing and to keep you motivated to move forward. 

We will cover:

- Removing Limiting Beliefs

- Cultivating Self-Compassion

- How to Create a Sustainable Self-Care Routine

- How to Practice Mindfulness & Meditation
