Sample Coaching Call

Service Description

This is a one-off sample coaching call for women who are new to my work and would like to experience trauma-informed coaching in a gentle, supported way. In this session, you can bring one issue or pattern that feels present for you right now. This may be connected to the mother wound, father wound, people-pleasing, self-worth, boundaries, relationship patterns, or the impact of childhood trauma. We will gently explore what is coming up for you, where this pattern may be rooted, and what support may help you begin to understand it with more compassion. This is not about fixing everything in one session. It is a space to be heard, to receive support, and to get a felt sense of what working together could be like.
