About the event
The Mother Wound is the emotional pain, we carry from a strained relationship with our mother or mother figure. It can manifest as people-pleasing, perfectionism, self-doubt, shame, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling “not enough”. These wounds often run deep, rooted in generational trauma, cultural conditioning, and unmet childhood needs.
As a certified trauma-informed coach and Mother Wound survivor, I created this morning circle to offer a safe space for women to connect, share, and heal together.
